The Beaconsfield offers a new owner a chance to experience living in down town Houston Designed in 1910 -1911 by Alonzo C. Pigg and constructed by the Lamb Field Company made it the tallest residential high rise in Houston at the time. Although a smaller foot print, it surpassed the Rossian and Savoy by one story.
