The unit was located in the very quiet corner of Briarwick Condos which is secured with 24 hours man gated, the location is very close to Medical Center, 10 minutes from U of H, and a walking distance to public transportation system.
The unit was totally upgraded. Beautiful Granite upgraded to all Kitchen countertop and Bathroom Vanities. The kitchen is equipped w stainless steel dish washer, white stove and refrigerator. Beautiful wood floor through out the unit, and new modern tile floor in wet area such as kitchen and bathrooms. Each bedroom has large walking closet. To the community pool is also very close to the unit.
