This top floor unit is wonderful and it's conveniently located in great complex that is in a walkable neighborhood. You'll love the beautiful skyline views of the Med Center, especially at night. The AC was recently replaced and the bathroom was remodeled with updated tile, as well as gorgeous engineered wood floors in the living area. This is a great location within the complex. You have a gym right down the hall, and the elevator and trash chute are very close. You get one covered parking spot next to elevator and second spot can be leased for $40 per month. The unit is much more spacious than the pictures suggest because the photographer's lens makes them look a little distorted. Be ready for a pleasant surprise!
